How to use the inspection report to negotiate the price

6 min read

An inspection report isn't just info — it's a weapon for negotiation:

1) Start by thanking the seller and showing genuine interest. 2) Walk through the report and each defect with its repair cost. 3) Ask for a discount equal to the major repair costs. 4) If refused, propose meeting at 50% of the repair cost as a compromise. 5) Don't buy a car with a fundamental defect — there's always a better alternative.

Average savings our clients realize: AED 5,000–15,000 per deal. An AED 450 inspection pays back many times over.
